Bluethroat (Luscinia svecica) is a member of the thrush family Turdidae, they are common winter visitor of Indian subcontinent.Summer visitor to NW Himalays.
Habitat
Breeds in low scrub thickets along streams in tundra. Winters in thick cover near water.
Food
Insects; some seeds and fruits in fall and winter.
